I was the guy who kept saying, “I’ll start Monday,” but Monday never came.

Every week was a repeat of the last—broken promises and zero follow-through.

I was over 250 pounds, tired all the time, and ashamed of what I saw in the mirror.

Physically weak. Mentally foggy. Spiritually numb.

My days were filled with junk food, late-night binges, endless scrolling, and regret.

I’d crash at night, promise myself tomorrow would be different… then fall back into the same trap.

Discipline felt impossible. Confidence was gone.

I was living small, hiding from the man I knew I was supposed to be.

Deep down, I knew I was built for more—but I stayed stuck in comfort.

Stuck in cycles, stuck in silence, stuck in survival mode.

The Turning Point

Through the grace of God — and a commitment to 3 non-negotiable habits — I found freedom.

186 pounds. Strong. Clear-minded. Present with my family.

The “I’ll get serious tomorrow” lie I told myself for years. No more excuses. No more comfort over calling.

And I didn’t need fad diets or endless cardio to get here. Just three non-negotiable habits and a fire to change.

Now I train with discipline — and I live free.

I chose discipline, faith, and consistency — and everything changed.
